You've read the articles. You've saved the reels. You still don't know what to do tonight.
Parenting advice is endless, contradictory, and written for someone else's child. Meanwhile the question that actually keeps you up is simpler: is my child okay, and am I doing enough?
ProParents answers both — with one small thing, today.
How the ProParents app works
Three steps. The first two happen once; the third is the whole app.
- 1
Tell us about your child
Age, and a couple of quick questions. Under two minutes.
- 2
See where they are
Where your child is across language, movement, thinking and social skills, mapped against CDC milestone guidance.
- 3
Do one small thing a day
Today's step, with the reason it works. Tick it off. That's it.
A 40-second look at the daily loop.
What's inside the app
Built for real, busy parents of children aged 0–10.
Today's one thing
A ten-minute activity chosen for your child's age and stage.
Milestone tracking
Follow language, movement, thinking and social development as it happens, aligned to CDC guidance.
An AI parenting assistant
Ask anything, any time, and get an answer that already knows your child's age and stage.
A daily plan, with reminders
Add your own parenting to-dos and get gentle nudges, so you're not carrying it in your head.
A daily idea
One small parenting insight, in plain language, with something to try tonight.
Real child-development research — not opinions
Parenting advice online is noisy and contradictory. ProParents is different: every daily step is drawn from established developmental science, and each one tells you why it works — so you're never just taking our word for it.
We translate peer-reviewed frameworks into one small action you can do tonight. No jargon, no guilt, no 40-tab research spirals.
How brains actually grow
Grounded in Harvard Center on the Developing Child research on serve-and-return interaction and executive-function skills.
Milestones that matter
Aligned with CDC developmental milestones and American Academy of Pediatrics guidance for ages 0–10.
Emotions & connection
Built on CASEL's social-emotional learning framework and the Gottman Institute's emotion-coaching research.
Read more on parenting science, behaviour & emotions, parenting with AI and Indian parenting.
ProParents offers parenting guidance, not diagnosis. It does not screen for developmental conditions. For any concern about your child's development, speak to your paediatrician.
Common questions
- Is the app available now?
- Yes — ProParents is live and free on Google Play. The iPhone version is coming soon.
- How much time does this actually take?
- About ten minutes a day. Setup takes two.
- My child is 8 — is this only for babies?
- It's built for parents of children aged 0 to 10, and the plan changes as they grow. An eight-year-old gets steps about friendship, focus and independence, not tummy time.
- Do I need special toys, or a park?
- No. We ask what your day actually looks like and suggest what fits — small flat, no equipment, ten minutes between dinner and bed.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. ProParents is parenting guidance grounded in child-development research. It does not diagnose or screen for developmental conditions. For any concern about your child, speak to your paediatrician.
