Delete your account
This permanently removes your ProParents account and everything in it.
This cannot be undone. Deleting your account removes your
child's milestones, progress, moments, daily plan and account details. We
cannot recover any of it afterwards.
To protect your child's information, we need to confirm the account is yours. Enter the mobile number you use to sign in and we'll send a one-time code.
What gets deleted
- Your account, mobile number and profile details
- Your child's profile, date of birth and developmental records
- Milestones, progress, "moments", daily plans and reminders
- Your questions to the AI assistant
Analytics records
We also use analytics to understand how the app is used. Those records are stored under a random identifier rather than your name. They are erased within 30 days of your deletion — sooner on request.
Deleting from inside the app
If you still have ProParents installed, you can do this in the app under Account → Delete account. It has exactly the same effect.
