Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ProParents website at proparents.in and the ProParents mobile application (together, the “Service”), operated by GyanLearn Edusolutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in India (CIN: U80900DL2022PTC395933).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or over who are parents or legal guardians of children. It is designed to be used by a parent, not by a child. You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.
2. What the Service is — and is not
ProParents provides general parenting guidance, activities, tracking and educational content, grounded in child-development research. It is an informational and organisational tool.
The Service does not provide medical, psychological, diagnostic or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for it. Nothing in the Service should be relied upon to diagnose or treat any condition. If you have any concern about your child’s health, development or wellbeing, consult a qualified paediatrician, doctor or mental-health professional. In an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
3. Content generated with AI
Parts of the Service — including certain articles, suggestions and the in-app assistant — may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You should apply your own judgement as a parent, and must not rely on AI-generated content as professional advice.
4. Your account
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at jatin@proparents.in if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to harm any child;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its systems or other users’ data;
- copy, scrape, resell or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written permission;
- upload content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene or infringes anyone’s rights;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, design, logos, and software, is owned by GyanLearn Edusolutions Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial parenting use.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate and improve the Service, in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Payments and subscriptions
Parts of the Service may be offered free of charge, and parts may be paid. Where a paid plan is offered, the price, billing period and cancellation terms will be shown to you clearly before you purchase. Purchases made through an app store are additionally governed by that store’s terms and refund policies.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, database and AI providers). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties, or for third-party websites we link to.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any outcome will be achieved.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GyanLearn Edusolutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GyanLearn Edusolutions Private Limited and its directors, officers and employees from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
