Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on proparents.in, operated by GyanLearn Edusolutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Digital product — access is instant

ProParents Founding Lifetime Access (₹99) is a digital purchase. Access is granted immediately after a successful payment, linked to the mobile number used at checkout. Because the product is delivered instantly and in full, purchases are generally non-refundable.

When we do refund

We will refund your payment in genuine cases, including:

• Your money was debited but access was not granted (a failed or incomplete transaction).
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase (a duplicate charge).
• A clear technical error on our side prevented you from receiving what you paid for.

To request a refund, email us at jatin@proparents.in within 7 days of the transaction, with your registered mobile number and the payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days, in line with RBI guidelines.

Cancellation

As this is a one-time purchase with immediate lifetime access, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. If you have not yet completed payment, you can simply close the checkout window — you will not be charged.
